Preliminary services:
Advice on choosing a building site (or measure existing building.)
Programming:

Preparation of design brief with incorporation of clients requirements

Design development:
Site planning and architectural design, and estimates that further describe the size and character of the project.
Construction working drawings:
Structural design and calculation Design of services such as electrical,plumbing and fire safety ect. They are used for competitive bidding and for construction of the building.
Contract administration:
Inspection and evaluation of construction work coordination of services . The Architect will also certify payments earned by the contractor.
